The complete Method applied: chronology with clinical significance stated, recognition and action points identified, clinical relationship between interval and outcome mapped, and a list of missing records with custodians. Delivered in 7–14 business days.

Volume Screening — per file, quoted on inventory size

Criteria-based claimant screening for 50+ file inventories, with consistent tiering and fixed per-file pricing.

Second Read — from $2,000

Independent clinical review of an analysis you already have, from a consultant or an expert, where you want a second set of eyes before relying on it.

IME Rebuttal Review — from $2,000

Defense independent medical examinations are advocacy documents. TRACE identifies omissions, unsupported inferences, and departures from the underlying record, and frames the clinical questions for deposition.

Behavioral Health Review — scoped per matter

PMHNP-BC analysis of psychiatric, substance use, and dual-diagnosis matters — including correctional mental health, withdrawal management, and continuity of psychiatric medication.

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee before work begins, scoped to record volume and complexity. Every proposal states a record cap. No hourly billing.
