Common Questions About the TRACE Process

How long does a full case review typically take?

Most full case reviews are delivered within 7–14 business days of receiving a complete record set. Rush review is available for matters with expedited timelines — contact TRACE to discuss.

What format are deliverables provided in?

All deliverables are provided as attorney-facing PDF reports, formatted and organized for immediate use in litigation strategy, deposition preparation, and expert briefing.

Can TRACE work directly with my paralegal or case manager?

Yes. TRACE regularly coordinates with litigation support staff on intake, record gathering, and logistics. Sabrina remains the primary point of clinical contact on every engagement.

Does TRACE provide testimony or serve as an expert witness?

TRACE provides consulting services only and does not serve as a testifying expert. TRACE's work product is designed to prepare attorneys for expert engagement and support the retained expert's analysis.

What records does TRACE need to begin a review?

Medical records, relevant imaging reports, and a brief case summary are standard. TRACE will advise on any additional materials — including prior records, pharmacy records, or incident documentation — based on the case type.

Is there a minimum case size or record volume?

No. TRACE accepts cases of all sizes, including single-incident reviews with limited records and complex chronic care matters spanning multiple years and providers.
