NP-Led Medical Record Analysis for Plaintiff Attorneys
A structured NP-level read of the record before you commit to full review. What the record documents, what it doesn't, what's missing, and whether the clinical questions warrant deeper analysis. Delivered in 3–5 business days. Credited in full toward a Focused or Clinical Records Review within 60 days.
The complete Method applied: chronology with clinical significance stated, recognition and action points identified, clinical relationship between interval and outcome mapped, and a list of missing records with custodians. Includes up to 1,500 pages of records; $750 per additional 500 pages. Delivered in 7–14 business days.
Criteria-based claimant screening for 50+ file inventories, with each file sorted against your criteria and fixed per-file pricing.
Independent clinical review of an analysis you already have, from a consultant or an expert, where you want a second set of eyes before relying on it.
An IME Rebuttal Review compares the examiner's findings, clinical point by clinical point, against the full medical record. TRACE identifies omissions, unsupported inferences, and inconsistencies with the underlying record, and frames the clinical questions for deposition.
For a single admission or episode of care, up to 500 pages, answering one clinical question you name. A clinical chronology with significance stated, missing records identified, the published standards that apply, and the questions your expert will need to answer. Delivered in 5–7 business days. Credited in full toward a Clinical Records Review if you proceed within 60 days.
PMHNP-BC analysis of psychiatric, substance use, and dual-diagnosis matters — including correctional mental health, withdrawal management, and continuity of psychiatric medication.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee before work begins, scoped to record volume and complexity. Every proposal states a record cap. No hourly billing, and fees are never contingent on the outcome of any matter.
Screening fees are credited in full toward a Focused or Clinical Records Review if you proceed within 60 days. Need it sooner? Rush delivery in about half the standard time is +35%, and Priority delivery in 48–72 hours is +50%, both subject to capacity. The clock starts when complete records arrive.
* TRACE is retained as a consulting expert and does not testify. Analysis is confined to clinical findings — TRACE does not render opinions on merit, viability, case value, or on duty, breach, proximate cause, or liability as legal elements. Those determinations rest with counsel, informed by retained testifying experts.
TRACE resources are professional references intended to support the judgment of qualified users. They do not constitute legal or medical advice, do not assess the merit or value of any matter, and are not a substitute for independent clinical or legal analysis of a specific case. Whether a given record is discoverable in your jurisdiction is a legal question for counsel.
